Based in the firm’s Cashiers office, Kim’s practice encompasses residential and commercial real estate transactions and other property matters throughout Western North Carolina.

Orville D. Coward, Jr. is recognized for the ninth consecutive year, continuing a Best Lawyers record that began in 2019. His current practice focuses primarily on Real Estate Law, including real estate investment, development and transactional matters.

Best Lawyers also continues to recognize Orville based on his historical work in Litigation – Real Estate and Litigation – Land Use and Zoning. Although those recognitions remain part of his Best Lawyers record, Orville no longer maintains an active litigation practice.
